Treasury vs liabilities (Admin)

Aggregates over the immutable journal. Money is bigint decimal strings end to end. A group whose inputs are unavailable is null, never zero. Read-only; no per-account detail is projected.

Authentication

Admin interactive session. API keys do not authorize administrative operations. Sensitive writes also require the stated fresh step-up proof; account MFA is configurable.
