POST /api/v1/admin/machines/{id}/approve

Operation: adminApproveMachine.

Approve machine (Admin); reason + expected version; in-flight work gets explicit policy, not silent deletion

Authentication

Admin interactive session. API keys do not authorize administrative operations. Sensitive writes also require the stated fresh step-up proof; account MFA is configurable.
